I find some hypocrisy in this video. They say that "butt-hurt fanboys" of physical media can't respect others' opinions. Yet they characterize everyone who supports physical media as a butt-hurt fanboy. Obviously they are not respecting gamers' opinions when they don't address any of the reasons people give for supporting physical media. They just resort to the types of insults that I would expect from a 12 year old youtube troll.

You'd be surprised at how many people comment my video on Youtube and say that they had no idea this was going on. Casual gamers and the general public really don't know much about this. I feel gamers should make it more known. I feel it is important.

I didn't understand until after I saw that video too. It looks like SR has become much more than a GTA clone.

Kingdom Hearts and Star Wars Battlefront are probably my two most missed franchises from the PS2 days. Both of them played a major role in changing me from a casual to a hardcore gamer. I make Youtube videos, and I have mentioned these games plenty of times in my videos. Every time I talk about them I get tons of people commenting saying that they agree with me and wish new games would come out on a console. So the demand is there. When will they capitalize on it?

Obvious troll is obvious. I'm sure you lead a fulfilling life when you aren't trolling people though.

I'm glad at least a few people know what is going on.

I find it amusing how your comment could 100% apply to Anons if you just change a few words.

Some small sacrifices (like paying for games) are required in the fight to make developers make good games.
The Anons on the internet don't understand the importance of a profit motive for game developers, even though half of them probably have tried to make money in their lives.

Some one needs to counter attack. I've had this idea for a while, we basically need an anti-anonymous network. They have been doing this stuff for a while, they stopped being a good, helpful organization a long time ago. Unfortunately for them, they have chosen to take on one of the only other large groups of people on the internet who are organized and computer smart. Gamers. Gamers are about the only people who have enough sites, forums, organization, and technological knowledge to take...

It's not scary when you see what they actually do.
(or don't)

If I recall correctly it has been down plenty of times when PSN was working. Trolling still? Dude...I was here years ago when you were trolling. Do something better with your time.

I want to get my opinion out there, so before all of you people say it's Anonymous, here is a comment I have left in several places on the site: I've never seen/heard of Anons doing anything like this. They have only ever done DDOS, prank calls and (attempted/failed) sit ins. If it was crashing due to server overload it could be Anons, but Sony has the power to fix that in a few hours, not days. I've also heard that the problem originated in Japan. I doubt the Anons have much powe...

Perkel...DDOS are illegal in some states/countries. It also violates proper use policies and the user policies of almost all ISP's.
If you know how to use the wikipedias and a google you could have found that out.

Sony should have gone with the most aggressive business strategies that they could. Lower starting price (even just 50 bucks would help), pay for games, DLC, pay for online, pay for advertising. They should have tried to just knock out MS in one hit. I'm not sure it would have worked, but it would have gone better than what they actually did.

We need more references in video games. MGS does it well, Duke does everything well, but not too many others have got the skill to pull off interesting, funny references.

Wasn't there a game of a similar name (or even the same) that came out earlier?
